About Our Founder, Tess McKenzie, M. Ed.
Ms. McKenzie is a life-long resident of Chicago’s West and South Sides. She has been on the front lines supporting youth through education, training, and development in underserved communities. As a trusted business leader and nonprofit President, she created this organization to fulfill skills gaps by supporting youth and their caregivers through violence prevention, networking and community-based partnerships, and through economic empowerment.
All About Kids has over 15 years of experience providing youth development services to communities at risk, with a specific focus on the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood in Chicago.
All About Kids Family & Community Services, Inc. (All About Kids) is a community-based 501(C)(3), tax exempt nonprofit located in Chicago’s Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, serving over 130 youth annually.
